Owner Bob Liptak blind tasted more than 700 sausages (it’s a tough job) before deciding on the 40 varieties that grace the rotating menu at his new cafe and deli. Among them, traditional brats and exotic options like rattlesnake, Northwest bison, and smoked elk with jalapeno and cheese. Also up for grabs: irresistibly crispy Belgian frites and more than two dozen microbrews.
