The inspiration is Cuba, 1950s. Owner Travis Rosenthal (Tango), with partner-in-crime Kate Perry, filled the color-washed space with Old Havana details like leaf-shaped ceiling fans and amber wood built-in shelves. Expect hard-to-find rums (Agricole, El Dorado, Lemonhart 151), shaved-ice daiquiris, fresh mojitos, baked empanadas (chicken, chorizo, vegetarian), Jamaican jerk pork shank with pineapple slaw, and smoked chicken wings in hibiscus marinade.
