Sofa, So Good
Kristine Mullaney Design’s Space Planning Service
There’s nothing you love more than feathering your nest. But lately your decorating plans have been falling like Domino. (Damn recession.)
Consider giving Kristine Mullaney’s newest service a whirl. The adorable designer and decorator will guide you through redecorating your place using the goods you already have.
Mullaney studied architecture and interior art at Berkeley before launching her own full-service design firm four years ago — and has a knack for making traditional styles and shapes look completely fresh (we’re mildly obsessed with her portfolio).
She’s all about working with what your mama (or some other relative) gave you and can help you re-cover hand-me-down chairs and sidewalk sofas. For $55 an hour, you’ll get an outline of how to execute the vision and suggestions (throw pillows, new window treatments, a bold paint color) that will put the finishing touch on the switcheroo.
You’ll love coming home to roost.
