Recess Workouts with Suzanne Reilley
For some, grade school was all about Tater Tots and story time. For you, cootie catchers; foursquare; and no cuts, no buts, no coconuts were the only draw.
Which is why you’ll jump rope for joy with personal trainer Suzanne Reilley’s new recess workouts.
The certified fitness fiend feared that tough times would discourage people from having fun and staying in shape, so she designed a new group workout all about bonding over nostalgic games of yesteryear.
You’ll meet in a park for skipping, ball sports, and group games like Red Rover. Reilley slyly makes sure you get in plenty of cardio, weight training, and core work while you play.
So you can start calling her queen of the Hill.
Classes meet Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m., at the corner of Macomb Street and Massachusetts Avenue. For more information, go to suzannereilley.com.
Mention DailyCandy to try two workouts for $20.
