M Z Wallace Travel Purses

travel smart!

The passport … hmm … somewhere down here. Do you have the map to the hotel? Where are the pesos we changed at the airport? Crap, did I leave my sunscreen on the plane? I need! a! snack!

We interrupt this chaos to report that the quest for the perfect travel handbag has temporarily come to a halt with the new Beford collection by M Z Wallace.

The nylon bags know how to travel smart: They’re lightweight and compact, have a rain-repellent Teflon coating, pockets on the outside (almonds, lipstick, postcards) and inside (phone, iPod, passport), and come with a cute detatchable purse. They know how to travel pretty, too, with satin linings and Italian leather trim.

The line comes in three styles (Ella, the mini-duffel; Alex, the tote; and Jane, the perfect over-the-shoulder) and four color combinations (green/purple, plum/red, black/black, and silver/black). You might find you need several.

Now get your head out of that heavy, bottomless leather satchel.

You have better things to see on your vacation.
