You don’t fall for the hook, line, and sinker of sequels.
But Todd Gray’s Watershed, the new NoMa restaurant from the genius behind beloved Equinox, is set to make a splash.
Inspired by the traditional cooking of the Eastern seaboard, the spacious, seasonally focused spot offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week.
Reel in standouts like the Rappahannock River oyster sandwich, steamed mussels with tomato and white beans, and Baltimore seafood chowder with rockfish and salt clams.
Catch wine by the glass (starting at a palatable $6) in the lounge, a seat at the chef’s table in the main dining room, or live music on the patio. There’s also a raw bar, shucking not only Hama Hama and Stellar Point oysters but also tartares and veggie dishes like a cabbage, mango, and daikon salad with cashew vinaigrette.
You’ll dive in.
