If New Year’s Eve gives you a case of the Mondays, you’re forgiven, but only by virtue of the calendar. Plan your final countdown at one of these six new-in-2012 spots.
Bandolero
What: Kick it in Georgetown with Mike Isabella at his Mexican Cowboy Countdown.

Where: 3241 M St. NW, b/t Potomac St. & Wisconsin Ave., Georgetown. Tickets ($150 per person) at cityeats.com.
Bar TNT
What: The Nothing Left to Lose party is inspired by fellow NoVa badass Dave Grohl’s 1999 album art.
Why: No cover, no reservations, and no limits on $4 drink specials, including Natty Boh tallboys, red and white wine by the glass, and Crown Royal punch.
When: Doors open at 5:30 p.m. (Bar-side space is limited.)

Brixton
What: Toast the spin of a mod, mod world from the rooftop deck as you nibble hors d’oeuvres and clink glasses at The Get Down party.

El Chucho Cocina Superior
What: Warm a bar stool with low-key Columbia Heights celebrants. Sip frozen margs and devour elote (grilled corn on a stick with lime, salty cheese, and spicy mayo) until it’s your turn at the pinata.
Why: Pay as you go or do the math and shell out $45 for unlimited nibbles, beer, wine, and rail cocktails.
When: No reservations. No cover. No problemo.
Where: 3313 11th St. NW, b/t Park Rd. & Lamont St. (202-290-3313).
Pearl Dive and Black Jack
What: Slurp two-for-one oysters and sip champagne specials at Pearl Dive before skipping upstairs for unlimited bocce and cocktails.
Why: Forget 2012 with a frosty Velvet Hour (Velvet Falernum, Amaro Averna, mango, ginger, Goslings rum float) or three.
When: Black Jack doors open at 6 p.m.
Where: 1612 14th St. NW, b/t Corcoran & Q Sts. Reserve a la carte dinner spots (a rarity for this joint) at 202-319-1612.
