Work your way through more than 50 varieties of sherry at the new Madrid-style bar from husband-and-wife mixologists Derek Brown (The Passenger) and Chantal Tseng (Tabard Inn); plus surprising sips, such as Green Hat gin and tonic, on tap.
Why: Graze on small plates of olives, nuts, and chocolate paired with each tasting. There’s ham, cheese, and anchovies, too.

The intimates store with locations in Old Town and Shirlington, Virginia, opens its first trademark turquoise boutique in The District. In addition to Cosabella and Natori, expect a few new labels (Kensie, Tees by Tina).

Why: Ten percent of proceeds benefits MicroGreens, a local nonprofit that teaches kids to make healthy meals in a snap.
