You’ve had your brushes with airbrushing. But it’s been a long time since dragon-hooded sports cars or palm tree-adorned fingernails aroused any excitement.
So, having eschewed the technique this long, do you really want someone doing it to your face?
The answer, surprisingly, is yes. When done by Rodney Pinion at Andre Chreky, the technique, formerly only for TV and movie stars, is just the thing for achieving that perfect finish for a gala or big night out.
Pinion uses an airbrushing gun to gently spray tiny droplets of color onto your face. The results are amazingly natural: Even those with a fear of foundation will love it. You can get base, blush, eyeshadow, and even brow tints, all of which last for ages, go on remarkably evenly, are hypoallergenic, and won’t clog pores. So you’ll look as fresh-faced as the day you were born.
Or at least the day you last wore that airbrushed unicorn T-shirt.
