Starting at 4 p.m. (’til 7) on weekdays, the spot offers four items for only $4 each: selected red wine, white wine, Sam Adams lager, and the deliciously decadent truffle-oil frites. (Ambiance, good company, and upscale atmosphere included.) So you can sing the praises of the number four all evening long.

Though you may end up three sheets to the wind.
