Alchimie Forever Cocktails

You didn’t acquire that dull winter skin all by yourself (thank you, arctic winds and cranked-up radiator).

So don’t try to fix it alone, either. Alchimie Forever’s post-treatment cocktails promise to restore your glow from the inside out.

Signature Alchimie Forever Cocktail

2 litres grape juice
½ pink grapefruit
2 ½ cups mineral water
3 tsp. fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
2 lime wedges
2 mint leaves
Handful of grapes

1. Place ginger in a blender with half of the grape juice. Mix for about two minutes.
2. Muddle the grapefruit and lime in a bowl.
3. Combine the grapefruit and lime mixture with the ginger and grape juice mixture in a large bowl. Add the mineral water and the rest of the grape juice. Let sit for an hour.
4. Pass the mixed juice through a sieve to remove all the small pieces of ginger.
5. Garnish with grapes or mint leaves.

Ginger Forever Cocktail

3 cups white grape juice
5 oz. litchi syrup
1 tsp. fresh ginger, peeled and crushed

1. Mix the grape juice and litchi syrup in a pitcher.
2. Pour into a glass and add crushed ginger.
3. Garnish with mint leaves.

Forever Aphrodite’s Cocktail

1 tbs. brown sugar
2 tbs. kiwi syrup
2 tbs. lime juice
Pinch of powdered ginger
Tonic water
Orange zest

1. Mix brown sugar, kiwi syrup, lime juice, and ginger in a glass.
2. Fill with tonic water and mix.
3. Add ice. Garnish with orange zest.
