Like its older, smaller sibling, Cafe Bonaparte, Napoleon’s menu offers a variety of crepes but expands on the French theme with bistro fare like mussels, foie gras, and steak frites.

The minimalist look of the old occupant has given way to a sumptuous new interior: Black walls and a leather banquette dominate the main room; gold accents, red stripes, and sparkling chandeliers create a regal feel.

The basement lounge, dolled up with white and gold damask wallpaper, specializes in champagne and sparkling wines, low-key DJs, and an exclusive vibe.
