Restaurants named after a single dish rarely impress. Just think of the last time you were at Waffle House or Egg Roll King.
Luckily, that’s not the case with Ceviche, the new spot from Mauricio Fraga-Rosenfeld (mastermind behind Chi-Cha, Maté, and Guarapo). The Latin-inspired restaurant/bar offers a contemporary take on classic Caribbean cuisine.
Start with one of the fresh — shocker! — ceviches: shrimp with lime, onion, cilantro, and ají limo, or tuna with ginger, soy sauce, and tobico wasabi. Move on to signature dishes like crispy yucca wedges with huancayna dip, plantain turnovers with refried beans, or grilled salmon with salsa criolla and quinoa salad.
In the cozy lounge, order sangria or an Argentine, Uruguayan, or Chilean wine.
We can sum that up in one word: delicious.
