Friendly Fire

Oliver Friendly’s Eat & Smile Cooking Classes

The good intentions behind your dinner parties (It’ll be a slow-cooked locavore feast!) have all too often paved the road to hellish outcomes (Where’s that Chinese takeout menu?).

It doesn’t have to be that way if you call Oliver Friendly of Eat & Smile Foods. The chef will come to your kitchen and teach you everything you need to get dinner on the table.

He handles all the ingredients (mostly organic and local), any necessary tools, and printed lesson plans and recipes. Then, whether you’re starting from scratch or looking to perfect a new skill set, he gets you on course.

Friendly can deal with budgets and spaces of all sizes, adjusting his lessons to suit individual instruction or a party of aspiring cooks.

And if you still can’t hack it, hire him as a personal chef — just call him well in advance.

Unlike your usual caterer, he doesn’t deliver in 30 minutes or less.
