Fresh off the Roast creates small batches of beans roasted to order. Owner Joel Finkelstein, a self-confessed coffee geek, seeks out freshly harvested beans from around the world. He roasts each variety to enhance different flavor profiles (no char tastes here).
Perk up with the creamy chocolate notes of the Rainforest-Alliance Certified El Salvador peaberry or mellow out with a fair trade decaf from Mexico. Other options come from Ethiopia, Zimbabwe, and Brazil.
Finkelstein happily makes recommendations based on your preferred tastes and method of preparation.
You’ll have a bag of beans within two days of roasting.
