Bon Appetite

Bad things happened to poor Oliver Twist when he looked into his giant bowl and saw a measly dollop of mush.

Things might have fared better if his porridge had been served by food stylist Danielle Turner of Great Taste.

The L’Academie de Cuisine instructor and Food Network stylist will teach a full cooking class, then walk you through making it presentation perfect.

Give her a fave cuisine or weak spot and she’ll arrive armed with everything but the stove. She’ll discuss the impact of height, symmetry, plate size, and color balance, then demonstrate on a boring PB&J and hard-boiled egg before turning you loose.

Turner keeps things fun and light, laughing off overzealous saucing and patiently explaining any missteps.

So you’ll be able to wow the dickens out of future guests.
