It’s time for a lift — in spirit and in ass.

Hit Kangoo Jumps cardio classes for a literal spring in your step.

Take thick long socks (no need to chafe); the gym will provide the special shoes, which look like Moon Boots on springs. The hour-long session incorporates typical cardio moves — jumping jacks and leg lifts — with coordinated dance moves. It’s all set to a peppy pop soundtrack, though we hope they’ll leave The Pointer Sisters and Van Halen out of it.

It’s a strenuous workout that challenges your core as you balance to stay upright. The sneaks’ springs mean minimal impact on your joints.

And a fun path to hot buns.
