The three guys behind Spilled Milk Catering, that is.

Using family secrets for Indian dishes, experience in D.C. restaurants, and tricks from Italian cooking school, they create dishes like marinated lamb lollipops and crispy, curried crab cannoli. In other words: fun, unfussy food.

They’ll show up with ready-made apps and entrees to get the party started, or they can cook the whole meal at your space. Their repertoire ranges from girly afternoon tea to happy hour with bar food.

Don’t whine for their recipes: You’ll learn the necessary techniques in a personal cooking class.
