Welcome to Kora gables, where it’s a taste of Italy all the time (once it opens tomorrow night, that is).

Whether you’re sitting in the spacious dining room, out on the patio, or at the lengthy bar with vino in hand, brothers Morou and Amadou Ouattara will serve you from a menu that balances new and classic Italian dishes.

When the moon hits your eye, get a big pizza pie from the wood-burning oven. The BLT ingeniously adds bacon, spinach, and tomato to a mozzarella-topped crust.

House-made pastas are available in full- and half-size portions and can be ordered in trios as a sampler. The mains are homey and rustic: braised pork, roasted Cornish hen.
