Our contestants have been working backstage with cheesecake masters Caitlin and Meaghan Murphy to prepare for their debut at houses around town, so competition is fierce.

All eyes and stomachs are on the peach and blueberry beauty, but she’s up against rivals strawberry, mixed fruit, and raspberry for the fruit-topped cake category. Don’t ignore the Southern belle red velvet’s exotic appeal with cocoa powder and semisweet chocolate.

As a twist on the topless competition, Miss Brulee wears a thin layer of crisped sugar. In the formal competition, models are keeping it simple with colored cheesecake in lieu of fondant, whipped cream, or frosting.

But the plus-size competition will really steal the show. These Bundt beauts have whittled their middles and are filled with nothing but fresh fruit.

Angel food, indeed.
