And next up in the couch potato-lympics, we’ve got the Washingtonian coming in for her seated landing on the living room sofa.
There were some embarrassments after last night’s triple klutz, but she’s been hard at work picking up moves at the new Chic Physique.
The secret to her comeback: the all-female gym’s Ooh La La Lap Dance, taught by a regional pole dancing star.
Set to hot music, students wiggle, sway, and drop onto and around a chair, working arms, core, legs, and of course the tight little derriere. The studio recommends wearing sexy heels, but bare feet will work. Boas and top hats are there as props.
Even novices come away with a basic routine after one class.
Oh, she’ll definitely score.
Available at Chic Physique, 4931 St. Elmo Avenue, Bethesda (301-718-2452 or chicphysiquefitness.com). Grand opening with free classes, Saturday and Sunday, noon-5 p.m.
