While they make amazing cakes, they really arn't a brides best friend. We had horrible dealings with Lara, not able to contact and she doesn't return phonecalls. All we ever got was voicemail and emails with excuses. It took over a month to plan our tasting in which we had to drive over an hour to get to her, she asked that we call before hand which we did and never got an answer. When we arrived at her complex we talked to the lady at the desk, 15 minutes later a helper brought down a to go box(most of which didn't even include the flavors we wanted to try) and gave NO explination as to why we weren't seeing Lara for our tasting. We tried to get back to Lara to try and attempt to sign a contract but never happend. After all the hassel with her and short on time we just went to costco. Our claims were disputed by the company over on wedding wire, so not only do they stiff somepeople but they arn't very truthful either.
